See what God can do through you!

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
– 1 Peter 4:10

At Forcey, we don’t want to just fill holes in an organization. We believe that every believer in Jesus has a special place to serve, for their own growth, and God’s glory. Because of that, we aren’t looking for mere volunteers – but servants who feel called to invest their time and thrive in important ways. Serving is not just an activity to pursue, but a way to grow in your own faith as you use your gifts for the benefit of others. And while you serve, you are being surrounded by others who can encourage you in your faith.

The process below is designed to help you find a meaningful fit to serve at Forcey:

  1. Look through the list of opportunities below to see opportunities that may match your skills, interests, and availability. Contact the point of contact to hear about next steps.
  2. Consider completing a S.H.A.P.E. assessment to better understand how God has shaped your spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, passion and experience so that you help discover God’s fit for you. At this external site, you can fill out the S.H.A.P.E. test (it takes about 30 minutes to complete), and the results will be emailed to you. Consider forwarding the results to a pastor, leader, or mentor you know here at Forcey, so they can help you find a great place for you to serve. We will have a special S.H.A.P.E. workshop on December 13, 2025 from 9:30 – 11:30 (click to register).
  3. If you are new to serving at Forcey, fill out the Ministry Partner Profile. This helps the ministry leader get to know you and help get you plugged in.
