Our Vision
By God’s grace and for God’s glory, Forcey will be
(1) A Loving Family where people find and
follow Jesus in caring community,
(2) A Learning Center where believers grow to love Jesus
with head, heart, and hands, and
(3) A Launching Station where disciples are mobilized for
mission here, near, and far.
Our Values
Gospel Clarity and Centrality
The gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and like a hub to a wheel, it is core to all we think and do.
1 Corinthians 15:1–8, Romans 1:16
Biblical Teaching
We believe God’s ideas are better than our ideas, and we love studying the Scriptures one book and verse at a time.
2 Timothy 2:15, 3:16–17
Life Transformation
Our bottom line is changed lives that reflect the character and priorities of Jesus.
Romans 12:2, Colossians 1:28
Compassion and Conviction
Like Jesus, we want to be full of both grace and truth, never compromising one for the other.
John 1:14, Ephesians 4:15
Wonderful Oneness
God has made us a people from many cultures and backgrounds, and we hope our unity in Christ shows the power of the gospel.
John 17:23, Revelation 7:9
Next Generations
We prioritize passing on the faith to next generations, and it takes all generations to do that well.
Deuteronomy 6:4–9, Psalm 78:4–6
Global Engagement
We want every disciple to be meaningfully connected to God’s global work by praying, giving, sending, or going.
Matthew 28:19, Acts 1:8
Ministry Partnership
We are non-denominational but desire to learn from, bless, and cooperate with like-minded churches and ministries.
Ephesians 1:21, Philippians 1:5
Integrity and Transparency
We wish to be above reproach and therefore invite accountability at every level of our ministry.
1 Thessalonians 2:5–12, 1 Timothy 3:2
Prayerful Dependence
We pray and live by faith, for we can do nothing apart from Christ and the Holy Spirit. John 15:5, Hebrews 11:6, Zechariah 4:6
