Care Team

The Care Ministry of Forcey Bible Church is to show the love of Christ in providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to the church family, as well as our community, with biblical encouragement and counseling, prayer support, physical help, and by providing a network of support groups

We invite you to connect with others dealing with similar circumstances in the support groups, or to receive biblical counseling.  It is our desire that you seek a church home (such as Forcey Bible Church), develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, know and grow in Christ, and find your refuge and strength in the Lord Jesus Christ when dealing with life experiences.

Our Care Team and pastors desire to be available to you. Please do not hesitate to call our church office at 301-622-2200 or email us at [email protected].

Please use discernment when calling for care after hours and limit these to urgent needs such as emergency hospitalization or the death of a loved one.  In all cases, if you fear someone is in danger, please call 911.

Grief Share

Our GriefShare Ministry is comprised of trained facilitators, who have experienced grief themselves, and who will guide both men and women participants through the difficult journey of turning mourning into joy.  GriefShare is a series of Biblically-based video seminars, a Participant Workbook and a support group led by individuals who understand what you’re going through and want to help.

This program is designed to offer hope and help you move forward and adjust to the “new normal.”  The GriefShare program is all done in a safe, secure and confidential setting.  The program is a 13-week series that allows participants to understand the loss of a close family member like a spouse, parent, sibling or child while surrounded by a friendly, caring group of people.
