Health Screen for 2021-2022

MDO at Forcey is a program for 2 and 3 year old’s, designed to give parents time off and children a small taste of Christ-centered preschool. Our teachers are loving, Christian women who have a heart for children. MDO offers playtime, snack, Bible stories, singing, and craft time for your child.

Our program runs Mondays and Wednesdays from September through May. We are open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Children must be two (or three years) of age by September 1, 2021 to enroll. (Please note that the children in the three-year-old class must be potty-trained.) Tuition is $100 per child/per month of classes for one day a week for the 2021-22 school year, plus a one-time $50 non-refundable registration fee. Children can be enrolled for a maximum of 1 day per week. In order to clear up any confusion, you pay a monthly tuition of $100, and this allows your child to come for each Monday or Wednesday (whichever you have chosen) in the month. Total cost is $950/year for one day per week of classes.
