For Young Men, 7th to 12th Grade

Battalion is a Christ-centered discipleship program designed to build young men into Christian leaders. Through our weekly meetings, we provide our young men training and opportunities for leadership with an emphasis on evangelism and discipleship, utilizing team building and outdoor activities. For more information, please write to the contact(s) below.

“For every physical lesson, there is a parallel spiritual truth.”

We meet at 7 p.m. EVERY Thursday from September to June, except Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Regular leaders meetings (aka LTM) are the third Monday starting in September and ending in May from 7-9 p.m.

PARENTAL NOTE:  The official start time is 7 p.m. and the official program close is at 9 p.m., HOWEVER most of the guys like playing games as late as you will let them so don’t feel obligated to come at 9 p.m. ( typically we don’t end on time anyhow).

We have a weekend trip most every month during the school year.  Some types of trips are: Backpacking, Canoeing, Rock Climbing, Sports & Service.

If you would prefer to pay by check, please complete BattalionRegistration2019 and bring it to the next meeting.

Battalion follows the official Forcey policy regarding weather events.  If Montgomery County Public Schools are closed, then the Forcey building will be closed and Battalion will not meet.
