Zumba Fitness via ZOOM

Zumba® is a fun-filled, Latin-inspired dance fitness program that boosts your cardio, provides muscular conditioning, and improves your flexibility and balance AND, every class feels like a party!  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and core training are used.  Students will learn choreography using such steps as the merengue, salsa, reggaetón and more.


While we are currently unable to meet in our regular location and in order to remain safe during the COVID-19 crisis, we will have our scheduled Zumba classes using an online platform, Zoom.   If you would like to participate, please message me so I can forward you the log-in information.
