Dear Parents,

Whether this is your first child in middle school, or you have done this before, Middle School is an interesting, exciting, and sometimes scary time in a child’s life, with so much faith-filled potential built-in!

Now that your son or daughter is in 6^th grade, they are considered a part of our youth group at Forcey called “Forcey Teens.” Below are listed some of the changes your son or daughter can expect in their church experience at Forcey now that they’re in middle school. One thing to know: your child – and their friends – are welcome any time!

The purpose of our youth ministry is to come alongside you – as the parent – to help provide a church youth group experience for middle and high school students where teenagers are nurtured and challenged in faith in Jesus Christ. We also want it to be a place where they can invite friends to hear about Jesus and the life transformation offered through Him.

Here at Forcey Bible Church, we want to be here for you in this journey. If there is any way that me or one of our youth staff can help, please feel free to contact me. And I can’t wait to get to know each of you and your children.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Sunday Mornings: 9:15 – 10:30 a.m. in the GYM

• Forcey Teens Sunday School – Hang out, play games, worship Jesus, and learn from His Word.

*What about at the 11:00 service? 6^th graders are encouraged to attend the main worship service during the 11:00 service. This is a great and important opportunity to go deeper in the Lord with Pastor Mike Foster and the other leaders on Sunday mornings!
