Welcome Crafters and Vendors! We are pleased to invite you to our 2019 Forcey MOPS Craft and Vendor Show! The Forcey Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) group is excited to host this year’s event. We hope you are interested in participating in this 23rd Annual Show.
The following are details and guidelines so you will know how to prepare for your space:
- Reservation Request – Complete the online reservation request and payment form <https://tinyurl.com/2019ForceyCraftVendorShow> detailing the craft items you will be promoting for the sale. One crafter/vendor per table. No transferring of spaces. Forcey MOPS reserves the right to refuse and/or remove any sale item from display that is inappropriate or that has not been approved.
- Fees – $50 per table space with table provided. Two chairs provided for each table space. No refund on table fee. $10 additional fee for use of electricity to help offset associated costs.NOTE to Commercial Vendors (Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.): One vendor from each business will be allowed. First registration with payment will confirm that vendor.
- Advertising – Local publications, online, social media, and signs announcing the show date and time.
- Location – Forcey Bible Church
- Building Access – Crafters/Vendors may access the building beginning no earlier than 7:00 AM to unload vehicles and set up. Upon completion of unloading, please park in the large parking area. Crafter/Vendors vehicles may not be parked in the back church lot after 9:00 AM.
- Check-In: Check in at the main foyer for table number and assigned location no earlier than 7:00 AM.
- Food and Drinks: Lunch for purchase will be available from 11 to 2. Baked goods and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the show. The sale of food and/or commercially available items is prohibited by Crafter/Vendors.
- After the show: Please cooperate in cleaning up your area and putting table and chairs at the designated location.
- Donation request: Please consider donating an item to be used for door prizes for the show and as a giveaway during Forcey MOPS meetings. It is a great opportunity to highlight your business during the year as well as makes the meetings fun for our moms.
