ZUMBA GOLD® is a Zumba class with the Latin-inspired and popular music you love but at a lower intensity; focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination.  

Classes are designed for the active older adult, people who are not used to exercise or may be limited physically.

While we are currently unable to meet in Forcey Gym, we will have our scheduled Zumba classes using Zoom.
