Zumba® Fitness – Winter Session
Zumba® is a fun-filled, Latin-inspired dance fitness program that boosts your cardio, provides muscular conditioning, and improves your flexibility and balance AND, every class feels like a party! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and core training are used. Students will learn choreography using such steps as the merengue, salsa, reggaetón and more.
It’s the safest place to just be YOU!! No dance experience required, just bring your smile and be prepared to laugh at times as well. Oh yea, did I mention it’s an excellent cardio workout?
Class is 6-7 p.m Monday AND Thursday in the gym and sessions run for 10 weeks.
Class Fee Schedule:
- $8 (drop-in a class)
- $50 (10 classes)
- $100 (20 classes)
