Zumba® Fitness – Jan./Feb Session

Zumba® is a fun-filled, Latin-inspired dance fitness program that boosts your cardio, provides muscular conditioning, and improves your flexibility and balance AND, every class feels like a party!
The 55-minute routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and core training are used. Students will learn choreography using such steps as the merengue, salsa, reggaetón and more.
While we are currently unable to meet in Forcey Gym, we will have our scheduled Zumba classes using Zoom. If you would like to participate, message me so I can forward you the link or go to my Zumba page.
