Zumba® Fitness – Fall Session

Zumba® is a fun-filled, Latin-inspired dance fitness program that boosts your cardio, provides muscular conditioning, and improves your flexibility and balance AND, every class feels like a party!  Zumba integrates some of the basic aerobic, interval and effective fitness resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning.

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and core training are used.  Students will learn choreography using such steps as the merengue, salsa, reggaetón and more.

It’s the safest place to just be YOU!!  No dance experience required, just bring your smile and be prepared to laugh at times as well.  Oh yea, did I mention it’s an excellent cardio workout?

Class is 6-7 p.m Monday AND Thursday in the gym and run for 10 weeks.

Session cost is $50/10 classes (once a week), $100/20 classes (twice week) or $8 to drop-in a class.
